Ashton Gardens is one of our favorite wedding venues in Houston. We get really excited every time a bride mentions that Ashton Gardens is her choice for her wedding venue!  It is the most unique wedding ceremony and reception destination in Houston. We have photographed many weddings at this wedding and reception facility and hope to photograph many more weddings there in the future. Ashton Gardens has the friendliest staff that creates the most perfect setting for exchanging your vows. What’s not to love about this great Houston wedding venue? Romantic chapel, distinctive glass, stunning views, private forest, and fountainhead courtyards!

Surrounded by their closest friends and family, Laura and Arturo’s wedding at Ashton Gardens in Houston, Texas reflected their relationship in the truest form. They exchanged their vows and promised to always give each other more; more joy, more happiness, more love.

Laura and Arturo saw each other prior to the ceremony for a precious few moments. You have probably heard of the expression ‘first look’. The first look time before the actual ceremony isn’t for everyone, and it is not the traditional thing to do. However, if photography results are important to you, I recommend that you seriously consider a ‘first look’. I am so glad Laura and Arturo did not mind seeing each other before the ceremony. As a result, I captured the absolute best ‘first look’ photos I have ever produced. The emotions, tears, and love were overflowing, and I was honored to be there capturing those priceless moments!
